A self-tack/auto-adhesive,  security label; ideal protection, when no-mechanical lock is possible to apply (safeguard  by strap seals  or  wire seals installing through  hole).     We make security labels in any dimension upon client request

KEY FEATURES

• two-years durability (when properly  processed under  normal vertical exposure conditions)
• after 15 minutes  from the application a label seal  is crumbled when someone would like to tear off  the label seal

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

• material : destructible white polyethylene film coated with a permanent pressure sensitive base adhesive and backed with glassine release liner
• printing: each kind of printing (name/logo, sequential numbering upon request);  in different colors;  topcoated thermal trasfer printinable 
• adhesive: 23 micron thickness permanent acrylic adhesive with proven performance for standard labels, nameplaces and other similar uses. It has high cohesion and good resistance to heat, cold water and UV;  It also has good quick-stick, peel and shear strength
• liner: An 80gsm  silicone paper, specifically designed to facilitate rotary die cutting
• label surface adhesion: 
  • Initial –  15 min. dwell  - 1800 G/mm2,
  • 24 hours applied – 2800 G/mm2
• minimum application temperature range: + 10C
• service temperature range: from -40C to + 80C 
• chemical resistance: applied labels generally found to be resistant to water, mild acids, salt and alkalis, petroleum based, oils and aliphatic solvents
