A self-tack/auto-adhesive, security label; ideal protection, when no-mechanical lock is possible to apply (safeguard by strap seals or wire seals installing through hole). We make security labels in any dimension upon client request
KEY FEATURES

- two-years outdoor durability (when properly processed under normal vertical exposure conditions)
- after 24 hours from the application, VOID inscription appear on background surface on which the label was stuck when someone would like to tear off the label seal

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
- material : bright o matt Void polyester, 50 micron thickness
- adhesive: 23 micron thickness permanent acrylic adhesive with high cohesion and good resistance to heat, cold water and UV; tearing-off and stretching high resistance/good quick stick, peel and shear strength
- liner: An 80gsm polycoated glassine paper with silicone coating, specifically designet to facilitate rotary die cutting
- label surface adhesion:
- Initial – 15 min dwell - 1300 gm/25mm,
- 72 hours applied – 1600 gm/25 mm
- minimum application temperature range: + 4C
- service temperature range: from -46C to + 135 C
- chemical resistance: Applied labels generally found to be resistant to water, mild acids, salt and alkalis, petroleum based, oils and aliphatic solvents
